Week 37 and Counting

I have not been very good at taking any pictures of my belly growth or posting anything to the blog so I thought I would do a quick update for anyone who reads this. Looking at the last post, this is a very dramatic change, but this is me week 37. I remember feeling big at the last post but now that belly looks so small and comfortable compared to what I have now. As you can see I am not having any trouble growing this little guy. This is what James and I call the torpedo belly. It just seems to be sticking straight out and growing by the day. We are getting very excited to meet our little guy soon and hope he comes sooner than later (I know every mom's dream right?) but we will take him whenever he decides it is his time. I still feel like I have some stuff to get done to prepare so I can wait a while longer. As of now, I am still feeling pretty good but starting to get a little more tired and uncomfortable. I think I will be very ready to leave pregnancy behind for a while soon...

As for other good news. I successfully finished everything for my masters' degree a few weeks ago and am officially done! I am supposed to get my bound copy of my thesis back on March 13th from the USU library so that will be exciting to actually hold the book in my hands. I assure you that I am probably never going to read it again, but at least I have a printed book to prove I did it right? It feels really good to have finished the degree and I am happy that my professors helped push me to the finish line.

James is still working at Conservice doing utility billing and hoping to some time soon find another job. In the mean time he just continues with his current sport passion of the year, tennis, which he plays like a mad man usually several hours a week. It really does the trick when it comes to letting off extra energy. To bad it will be a while 'til our son can play with him but I bet we will have some fun family tennis matches some day.
